With over 30 years of experience in setting up and successfully running design & engineering teams many of the engineers that we utilise are tried and tested by PWHytek on major blue-chip programs.

We keep one of the highest level of Aircraft signatories in the UK and have Suitably Qualified and Experienced (SQEP) checking authority within the nuclear industry to a range of standards. Our team also features Defence and Rail Industry specialists within a wide range of highly sought after technical niches.

We second engineers to work for companies on site in similar fashion to a recruitment company either on a contract or permanent basis, however there are additional services we provide which recruitment agencies can’t:

• Resources on site on fixed price contracts (for a given SOW)

• Resources on site with CAE equipment (Hardware or Software or both)

• Design teams offsite with ISO9001 controlled offices (Including Hardware & Software)

• Design teams offsite on a fixed price basis (with change control) giving economic certainty

• Delegated Approvals & Signatories

• Manufacturing engineering teams on or offsite, fixed, or reimbursable 

• Technical Training in a range of niche specialisms

• Support with Security Clearances and onboarding
